Changes in our Support Platform
One year after its creation, Bondtech's Customer Service platform will be updated and the changes will have repercussion over our registered users accounts.
The platform will be focused on allowing access to the step by step guides, and there will be no need for user registration anymore.
By the end of February 2020, all user accounts will be disabled, and we will center our Customer Support requests at our contact page.
There, all requests will be sent to us via dedicated forms. This change is made to allow faster response times and direct access to the people engaging with the specific problems or questions reported.
We fully believe this change will improve our Customer Support and give you a better Customer eXperience.
